Take your time, get in the nooks and crannies, and make sure every aspect of your home is as clean as possible by following our 7-day spring cleaning checklist.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Day 1: Declutter<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">On day 1 of your 7-day spring cleaning checklist, focus on decluttering your home, because no matter how clean your home may seem, if you have too many possessions taking up space, it will never be truly clean. If you want to declutter in one day, you need to start when you have a free day.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">Go through every room of your house and get rid of things you don\u2019t want or need that are just taking up space. Put clothes in a donate pile, throw old food in the garbage, and prepare to replace old shower curtains, comforters, or rugs. Once the house is decluttered we can really begin to clean!<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Day 2: Kitchen<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">The kitchen is the one room that can never seem to stay clean for more than a few hours. Can you imagine how dirty it is below just the surface level? Laundry is some peoples\u2019 favorite chore and others\u2019 least favorite, but whether you love it or hate it, it has to be done! So, gather all the dirty clothes &#8211; yours, your spouse&#8217;s , your kids\u2019, your parents\u2019, and even your pet\u2019s. Wash loads according to color so nothing gets ruined. Wash bath towels and bedding last in hot water.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">Since clothes take at least 30 minutes in the washer and dryer, this is also a great day to clean your bathrooms! Since you\u2019ve already decluttered, there isn\u2019t too much left to do in the bedrooms. That\u2019s great!
